" Extended and improved already, this lovely home still offers fabulous further potential to scope and mould the perfect home where required and subject to planning permission.

You enter via an entrance porch which has a skylight and a tiled floor and a glazed door leads you to the entrance hall which has wood flooring. The good sized kitchen has a front aspect and a door to side access. It has a good range of fitted units and work surfaces and there is space for a cooker, a fridge and space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate large storage/utility room which currently houses a fridge and separate freezer and a further door leads to a very handy additional storage area. From the hallway a glazed door leads to a nice sized dining room, which has wooden flooring and an archway gives access to a fabulous sitting room which also has wood flooring and a brick feature fireplace.
