" This is an attractive and substantial four bedroom detached home which provides a wonderful opportunity for anyone wishing to add their own mark on an already marvelous family home. Already providing well planned and well proportioned living accommodation, there is scope to extend the property further where required and subject to all the usual planning permissions. It has a fabulous garden and excellent parking to match and without doubt it would be a lovely place in which to bring up a family.

From the good size hallway there is a lovely large dining room which extends into a double glazed bay window. Light bright and airy and decorated in neutral colours this is a fabulous room in which to dine. The nice size front reception room is decorated in similar tones and would be ideal as a family/play room and is currently being used as a music room. The lovely sitting room has wonderful views over the rear garden and double glazed double doors lead to a conservatory which has wood effect flooring and gives access by further double glazed double doors to the wonderful rear garden. The good size kitchen is double aspect and overlooks the rear garden and has wood effect flooring and an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces and there is space for a cooker, a fridge and a separate freezer and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine.
