" This lovely home already offers well balanced accommodation, which has been extended to the ground floor to include a conservatory and offers additional opportunities to extend further, where required and subject to planning permission.

You enter via the entrance hall which has wood flooring. The spacious front reception room is currently being used as a dining room and is a wonderful room in which to entertain. The equally spacious sitting room has a feature fireplace and a double glazed single door that leads to the cosy conservatory which overlooks the gorgeous rear garden and can be accessed via a further single double glazed door. The double aspect kitchen breakfast room has a tiled floor and also overlooks the fabulous rear garden, which can be accessed via a leaded light, double glazed single door.
