" The property A wonderful 5 bedroom, double-fronted, detached family home located on this highly sought after tree lined road. This lovely home is set back from the quiet road and is approached via the front garden which contains an array of established roses and shrubs. The grand porch is awash with original detailing dating back to the build date of approximately 1930. Once inside the house you are greeted by a large entrance hallway complete with parquet flooring. Branching off is a large front reception room with a bay window, leading on to a further reception room with patio doors to the rear garden. There is also a bright and welcoming dining room, under stairs storage, WC and a large fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room. From the kitchen through a side door is the utility room and a vast family room with high vaulted ceilings. This spacious family room also has a toilet and what was intended to be a shower room so has full plumbing to allow this. From here a corridor leads to a double garage with access to the garden. Leading up the stairs to the first floor is a spacious landing area. This gives access to a family bathroom, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, another bedroom with en suite shower room and three further bedrooms. In addition to this there is a drop drown ladder leading up to a vast loft space which could offer further permanent living accommodation subject to all the usual planning permissions. The rear gardens are quite superb with a large patio area complete with a fountain then hidden pathways, large lawn area, a stunning array of mature shrubs and trees plus the added benefit of two sheds for storage. Our view This house lends itself to a family looking for a substantial home on a desirable residential road. The property already offers an enviable footprint, but subject to planning permission could be further extended. The location and local amenities Pine Walk is arguably one of the most desirable roads in KT5. As the name suggests, the road offers large palatial properties set back from a line of pine trees. The property is perfectly located within the catchment area of the Christ Church CofE Primary School, rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted (source:www.ofsted.gov.uk) it is also conveniently located for access to Berrylands Station with a service to London Waterloo in less than half an hour. Additionally, Surbiton station is only a mile away with its 17 minute service to London Waterloo. Kingston town centre offers an array of shops, theatre and transport links.
