" As you pull up outside this house, you will see you are spoilt for choice for parking, as it has its own driveway and garage. There is also potential to extend to the side and to the rear, subject to the usual planning consents and building regulations.

As the front door opens the entrance hall awaits and you immediately feel at home. The dining room is a lovely room with a feature gas fire, original coving and centre ceiling rose, with display cabinets with lighting and further base level cabinet. The comfortable living room has been extended, with stripped pine flooring and again having a feature fireplace. Off the entrance hallway is the big kitchen/breakfast room with a good range of eye and base-level units, worktop surfaces, fitted Neff double oven, a Bosch 4-ring hob, Miele dishwasher and Bosch fridge/freezer.
