" Appearances can be deceiving - an old saying that is totally appropriate when it comes to describing this lovely home. The character fan++ade belies the thoroughly modern interior which has recently been totally redecorated inside and out, you can just move your furniture in and enjoy! Immediately you walk in, the travertine stone floor of the entrance hall sets the tone of the quality to come, and with wrought iron stair furniture and exposed wood doors there is an almost Mediterranean feel. The open plan reception space offers defined dining area, with a tiled floor and oriel bay window, whilst the sitting room features French doors to the garden and easy to maintain wood effect flooring, which can be found elsewhere within the property, together with an integrated Bose cinema system - ready to go! The Kitchen is equipped with a comprehensive range of base and eye level cabinets offering copious storage complemented by Canadian Maple preparation surfaces and various integrated appliances. Two further adaptable rooms grace the ground floor, which could be used as bedrooms - one fitted with a range of wardrobe furniture - or alternatively further reception space. The downstairs shower room is ideal if ground floor bedroom accommodation is required. The master bedroom continues to impress, overlooking the rear garden and featuring vaulted ceilings with a velux window which floods the room with light. The walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, whilst the sumptuous fully tiled bathroom, which has been recently updated, offers a full suite including a whirlpool style bath and a large walk-in shower area. Practical comforts such as the heated mirror and under floor heating, which features throughout the property, will be welcome in the colder months. Bedroom 2 offers fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room, again immaculately presented.

Garden & Exterior
The property is approached via a gravel driveway allowing plenty of parking for 3 cars. Gates at the side of the house access the established landscaped rear gardens, with perimeter borders containing many mature trees and shrubs. A decked area to the rear of the garden overlooks fields - the ideal place to while away a sunny summers afternoon. Adjacent to the house a detached studio would be perfect for those who work from home, with lighting, power and under floor heating - a usable room all year round. The proximity of the studio to the main house creates a secluded courtyard area - a real sun trap with the sunny South Westerly orientation. "
