" A spacious and versatile four bedroom chalet bungalow situated in a popular residential road offering easy access to Bookham common, train station and the village centre. Constructed in the 1960's this popular style of property which although in our opinion would now benefit from a program of modernization and updating does offer well proportioned accommodation to both ground and first floors. The former has a good size lounge and separate dining room both with a pleasant aspect overlooking the rear garden, a kitchen plus two good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. To the first floor there are then two further double bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition the property benefits from a tandem length garage and easily maintained gardens to both front and rear.
