My parents lived here for many years. It was a tranquil retirement home for them when they moved away from Greater London. They loved the rear garden and looked after it tenaciously.
The house proved very convenient as it is near the local shops but also close to the Leatherhead town centre and the station. It was easy for Mum to nip to Budgens or further afield if she wanted to.
