" Backing directly onto Ashtead Common and for sale with no onward chain, this three double bedroom semi-detached family home is situated in an ever popular residential road within easy reach of Ashtead train station and shops and also within the catchment of many highly regarded schools including Rosebery School for Girls and The Greville Primary.

The ground floor comprises a welcoming entrance hall which leads to the two reception rooms, kitchen and utility room. Folding Italian doors run across the rear of the kitchen and rear reception room and open into the conservatory affording the option for open plan living at the rear of the property. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall, base and drawer units with granite worktops and a range of high quality integrated appliances.
