In fact, so close that an impressive collection of wildlife photos have been taken from the lounge that overlooks the gardens and countryside from its' dual aspect providing an abundance of natural light. You could even make room for a dining room table, giving you that extra touch for visiting family and friends.You have not one, but two bedrooms to choose from, again giving you that extra room for children or guests and, with an en suite as well as the family bathroom, there will never be a rush in the morning.No need to hurry to the train station either as it’s easily within walking distance.

Having lived in a town for over ten years, I wanted something with more of a rural feel about it. Tadworth has that in abundance. I moved to this flat in 2006 and loved the quiet charm of the Village that isn’t too far from good road links. The railway station and local shops are at the end of the road and Walton on the Hill is close by. Since my partner moved in two years ago we have explored more of the local area on foot with easy access to Banstead Heath and Epsom Downs. It will be disappointing to leave, but it is time to move on to pastures new.
