" This superb detached family home has been refurbished in contemporary style. It combines excellent flexible ground floor entertaining space with well laid out first floor bedroom accommodation. A fabulous kitchen/breakfast/family room opens onto the terrace and there is a separate formal dining room which also has French doors to the garden. There is a large formal reception room and a further sitting room which opens onto to a lovely garden room. There are two further reception rooms on the ground floor, ideal as a study and playroom or gym, and a utility room, boot room and guest WC complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden, a large dressing room and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The guest bedroom has an en suite shower room and there are two further double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate WC. The kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating and there is excellent storage throughout the house.

Coombe Gables is in a prime position on Coombe Lane West set back from the road behind electronic gates. The A3 for access to Central London and the South West is close by and there are a number of excellent local schools nearby in both the independent and state sectors.
