" A charming, detached family home, located within the highly sought after Woodcote Estate. The property offers excellent family accommodation, with some lovely original features such as parquet flooring to the ground floor reception areas, and modern features such as sealed unit double glazing within white aluminium frames. On the ground floor there is a welcoming entrance hall with a cloakroom off, and living room with a "living flame" gas fire and patio doors to the pretty rear garden. The separate dining room is double aspect and a good size, and the kitchen is fitted with units along both sides in a "galley" style with a door to the rear garden. Upstairs there are four bedrooms; the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a family bathroom with a shower cubicle and bath, and a separate WC. "
