" This wonderfully spacious five bedroom detached house set over just two floors measures almost 2800sq feet and is located in a private gated development. The ground floor offers superb living space with a dual-aspect sitting room with double doors opening onto the garden, a family room, study, and a smart kitchen (offering plenty of work and storage space) which leads into the dining room. The bedrooms on the upper floor are all a good size with all but one containing built-in wardrobes, and two offer ensuite facilities in addition to the family bathroom.
