" This two double bedroom character cottage is situated in the heart of the highly sought after College area and within easy walking distance to the town centre, Railway station, and in the catchment area for many local schools. The property itself offers larger than average rooms giving the house a feeling of space and light. The accommodation loans itself perfectly for entertaining with the kitchen opening into the dining area. If you are looking for a well proportioned house close to the centre of Epsom this may well just be the one for you!! Viewing is highly recommended.
