" As you approach via the shingle driveway you are certainly in for a surprise once through the front door. From the front the property does not belie the space it has on offer. Well planned and extremely spacious the property is arranged over two floors. The ground floor offers a large kitchen breakfast room with separate utility room. The large lounge is a super size and is arranged in an L shape. The exposed brick fireplace houses the log burner, the perfect place to retreat to on a cold winter evening. Large patio doors open out to the garden with patio terrace the perfect place to enjoy on a summers evening, you could say a house for all seasons!! Two double bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The first floor again is a revelation, from the spacious entrance hall a staircase leads up to two double bedrooms the largest of which could be used as a master with use of its own en - suite bathroom.
Externally the rear garden extends to approx 100 feet and has an array of mature tree and shrubs with large lawn and is of a south westerly orientation.
