" This three bedroom family house is currently in good decorative order however, the new owners will have plenty of scope to update and even to extend, stpp, giving you the option of creating a family home to be enjoyed for years to come.

The ground floor has the separate lounge to the front, this is a well proportioned room and is ideal for relaxing whilst the rear has been opened up giving a full width kitchen-diner, this leads in to the conservatory which, in turn, leads in to the south west facing rear garden. An ideal space for the family to share or for entertaining.

Upstairs we have three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are good size doubles whilst the third will easily suit a single room.
