" This beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 reception room, semi detached family home has a 'warm and cosy' feel from the moment you step over the threshold.

On entering we find two reception rooms, one to the front and an extended one to the rear, with the front room currently used as a spacious dining room. The lounge to the rear has a gas coal effect fire and patio doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen, which has also been extended, has side access and is equipped with a range of storage units and work surfaces. The additional storage space under the stairs has been cleverly split in two with one area now used to house the fridge freezer helping to create more space in the kitchen.

Upstairs we find the three bedrooms. The main bedroom is a good size double with an array of built in wardrobes. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom whilst the third bedroom easily fits a single bed. In addition there is a family bathroom.
