Downstairs, the style is open plan living with a separate entrance hall housing an under stairs cupboard, cloak room and controls for the alarm system. On the ground floor there is oak laminate flooring throughout with under floor heating including solid oak banisters connecting toward the first floor landing. Outside there is a driveway with parking including access to own garage and rear garden. To help with sustainable energy renewal there are two solar panels on the roof supplying the hot water via the cylinder pressured system. The property is adjacent to the Byfleet recreational grounds and allotments and is within half a mile of Byfleet village including road access to the A3 and M25. Byfleet/New Haw railway station is within one and a quarter miles and has same line services to London Waterloo. The famous Brooklands motor racing circuit is within a mile which is home to the Brooklands Museum, Mercedes Benz World and Marks & Spencers/Tesco superstores and Retail Park.
