" An attractive three bedroom character early 1900's semi detached home, central for West Byfleet with own driveway.Set towards the end of a leafy cul-de-sac and with an open plan living/dining room there is a front to back aspect with a feature front bay window allowing light to flood in. In the kitchen there are work surfaces, eye & low level units and a triple aspect. From the kitchen area there is a door accessing the side path and garden. To the back of the house on the ground floor there is a 2nd bathroom with white suite. Upstairs in the master bedroom there a front aspect whilst throughout the property there is double glazing and central heating. The garden is mostly south facing and designed to be low maintenance with a fully enclosed fenced boundary and useful shed. To the front of the property there is off street parking for two cars, a secure side gate with path connecting back to the rear. Across the road the canal and tow path are accessible via a small wooden bridge where there are walks taking you miles in either direction. Locally there is a licensed premises at the end of the road in Claremont Road and an open grass/tree green just before West Byfleet train station.
