" This family home is classically designed and offers five bedrooms with three bathrooms. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is ideal for family living and entertaining. As you enter the ground floor you are lead into a welcoming reception hall with fitted storage, understairs storage and separate cloakroom. There are two spacious reception rooms; the drawing room has a double aspect, wood flooring and a feature fireplace and doors leading out onto the garden and patio. The second reception room is currently used as a family/play room, but could easily be used as a formal dining room depending on the needs of the occupier. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room is fitted to a high standard with granite work surfaces, a full range of eye level and base level units, integrated appliances and modern tiling.
