" This is a well loved family home and our clients will be sad to leave having been here for quite a long time, but with a growing family, now need to move on. This character property has been modernised and updated to create a bright and airy home and on the ground floor there is large open reception room with attractive double bay glazed window overlooking the front and at one end there one attractive custom made bookshelves/storage cupboards. From here there is direct access to the kitchen which has a comprehensive range of natural timber finished eye level and base units and built in appliances, and gives access out to the courtyard garden to the rear. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a range of built in mirror fronted wardrobes and ensuite shower/wet room. Also on this floor there is a further single bedroom and an additional room currently used as as study with built in desk and storage units. If you wish the stud wall could be removed to create a good sized room. The family bathroom is modern. A door from the landing opens to a staircase which rises to a superb loft conversion providing an excellent sized master bedroom with very useful eaves storage cupboards. Outside to the rear there is a lovely enclosed courtyard style garden, at the bottom of which is a very useful storage shed with light and power and there is also a gate giving handy access to a nearby cut through to Weybridge High Street.

Directions: From our office in Weybridge turn left and proceed down the High Street and continue past the Health Centre and take the next turning on the left into Elmgrove. At the"T" junction turn right and the property can be found halfway down on the right hand side just after the turning for Oakdale Road on the left. "
