" This is a great family home providing spacious accommodation spread over three floors. The property forms part of the Lockestone Private Estate and is situated to the rear of this delightful, tranquil development and enjoys lovely views over an open field to the front. In terms of accommodation, this house has a great layout for modern family living, with a large, welcoming reception hall with tiled flooring and guest cloakroom. As you will see from our floor plan, to one side of the house is the large "L" shaped kitchen/breakfast/family room, the perfect area for the family to get together, eat and relax. The kitchen area is fitted with a comprehensive range of maple fronted eye level and base units with granite work surfaces areas and integrated stainless steel fronted appliances. In addition there is a large eating/family area and double doors giving direct access out onto the rear patio and garden. Also off the kitchen is a very handy utility room, an extra cloakroom and a door giving direct access into the double integral garage which has electric up and over doors. Also on the ground floor there is a very generous lounge which has a delightful raised central gas stone effect fireplace and double doors lead through to a generous dining room.
