" Situated on the popular Brooklands estate on the Western side of Weybridge, is this well presented mid terrace home. First impressions count for everything and you will not be disappointed!! Nestled away in a corner of the development, it's the striking tile hung frontage that will catch your eye first. Making this property feel much older than the mid-90's construction. The accommodation is light and airy with all of the rooms on the ground floor enjoying a double aspect. The sitting room, is an excellent size, with light laminate wood flooring, view over the rear garden and an open staircase, rising to the first floor. We would like to draw your attention to the kitchen/diner, a great size for a property of this size and, this is just another reasons the current owner chose this one over others back in the Spring of 2000. With space and plumbing for all the expected appliances, the kitchen enjoys a range of base and eye level units, roll edge work surfaces and ample space to have a dining room table. Eyston Drive is the first turning on the left. "
