" You first step foot into the entrance porch which is an ideal place to take off your coat and shoes before entering the main house. From the entrance hall you turn right into the bright living room which is filled with natural light thanks to the large bay window, this can also be a room for cosy nights in as the owners have fitted a gas fire with a feature stone mantle piece. Back through the hall to the kitchen you will find a range of base and eye level units, space for appliances, integral dishwasher and a door to the rear garden. The separate dining room is a great room for entertaining and features a gas fire, laminate flooring and French doors onto the garden. Upstairs there are two doubles and one single bedroom, the master bedroom has been fitted with an extensive range of fitted wardrobes. The original separate bathroom and w/c have been combined so the family bathroom now has a modern white suite with a separate bath and shower. Outside, the rear garden has many usable spaces including a large patio and lawn area, space for the trampoline, pergola, and at the very top a large natural garden ideal for children to have an adventure. The garage has been demolished and rebuilt with a pitched roof and also incorporates a utility room which could easily be converted to a home office if required. Off street parking is found at the front of the house via the driveway which leads to the garage.

Directions: From our office in Weybridge proceed through The Quadrant and up Heath Road to the roundabout at Weybridge station. Turn right onto Brooklands Road, continue beyond the turning for St George's Hill, as the road climbs, turning right into Locke King Road which will be found on the right hand side. Campbell Road is the third turning on the right and the property can be found 2/3rd of the way along on the right hand side. "
