" Mayfield Gardens is a cul de sac of attractive Neo-Georgian homes and is situated only 0.2 mile from Walton railway station, in this very desirable part of town.

This extended 4 bedroom semi-detached residence offers 3 reception rooms and further internal changes to create a very functional family home. It is located in a quiet spot and benefits from a extension at the rear of the property which has created a well proportioned 3rd reception room which has direct access to the garden.

Accommodation On the ground floor, there is a large sitting room with timber effect laminate flooring which continues through French doors into the garden facing dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of cabinets complete with a electric double fan assist oven, built in microwave, 5 ring gas hob with wok burner, and integrated dishwasher.
