" For commuters Walton's mainline railway station is a short stroll away (certainly under 15 minutes) where the fast and frequent service to London Waterloo runs between 25 to 30 minutes. Set on the westerly side of Kenwood Drive capturing huge amounts of afternoon sunshine this substantial home was remodelled over recent times to ensure free-flowing family living. The large tiled entrance hall provides that welcoming first impression. The living room is an excellent size with wall mounted wood burner creating a focal point. Double doors provide access to the conservatory which in turn leads out to the garden. For those working at home the study is also a perfect size. Very much the hub of this family home is the kitchen/family room which once again overlooks the garden.
