" This is a well presented 1930's 4 bed semi -detached home with NO CHAIN that has been carefully extended 3 years ago, situated only 0.9 miles level walk to Walton railway station. The property benefits from off street parking and is just a short walk to local schools and a comprehensive range of local shops at Halfway which includes a new Tesco Express.

The property has been cleverly extended to the side to incorporate a self contained annexe which is currently used within the structure of the main house, but as the property has two main doors the annexe can be completely self contained.

When the annexe was constructed and certificated 3 years ago apparently a beam was installed to allow for either of the two staircases to be removed to allow a larger living area on the ground floor but the current owners chose to keep it separated.
