" A terrific combination of generous living space, desirable location and convenience. Positioned in a very private recess towards the far end of Denton Grove there is a strong sense of leaving the world behind. Equally, the views across the central green create a very leafy outlook that combine superbly with a sizable rear garden extending to approximately 100 feet at the widest point. Internally, the accommodation has been improved during our client's ownership and now offers four bedrooms, three reception rooms, two bathrooms and a good size kitchen-breakfast room. The main living room extends along the rear elevation with an attractive bay window directly over-looking the rear garden. Further accommodation includes a bay-fronted dining room, separate office and an extended breakfast area leading directly off the kitchen and enjoys direct access out into the garden. Upstairs, all four bedrooms lead off a very spacious landing and are all sensibly proportioned. Three of the bedrooms are good size double rooms with built-in wardrobes and the fourth bedroom is still a large single room. In addition to the bright and airy accommodation there is also a very inviting rear garden offering considerable privacy and maturity. Stretching away from the property in a triangular shape the garden extends to about 100 feet at the widest point.
