" If living space is a priority, then this sizable home has some superb accommodation and really needs to be seen to fully recognize the excellent capacity to absorb family life. Built by Charles Church about 10 years ago and arranged over three floors there are several areas of note, in particular the comprehensively appointed kitchen and adjacent dining room, with double doors opening directly out onto the patio and landscaped garden.

From the first impression within the very generous hallway the strip wood flooring stretches along the full depth of the ground floor creating an overall sense of spaciousness that continues throughout the property. The first floor living room is very bright and airy, again with double doors opening inwards and overlooking the garden via a first-floor balcony. Within the living room there is enough space to entertain several families and a solid stone fireplace provides a focal point and some welcome cosiness during the winter months.

Between the first and second floor there are four generous bedrooms and two bathroom facilities, including an en-suite shower room off the main bedroom. The main three piece bathroom is located on the first floor adjacent to the first floor bedrooms and can also be used as the guest w.c to any visitors using the first floor living room. A further w.c can be found on the ground floor and services the kitchen and dining room.

The top floor accommodation is equally well planed providing two generously proportioned bedrooms, both of which have built-in wardrobe space and the main bedroom has an en-suite facility with a double-sized shower, w.c and washbasin. It is also worth noting both bedrooms have eaves storage and there is further loft space available. "
