" Annett Road is a very pretty lane full of late Edwardian properties leading down towards The River Thames. The location is also ideal for regular visits to Walton Town Centre and several riverside pubs. The accommodation is beautifully presented and has been enhanced over recent years to create an inspiring Edwardian property that cleverly combines modern living requirements alongside fireplaces and high ceilings throughout. The kitchen-breakfast area is undoubtedly one of the most striking features providing ample space for table and chairs in addition to integrated appliances. This area forms part of an earlier extension and has been cleverly designed to allow a considerable amount of natural light into the property and remains a lovely room to spend time or entertain friends and family. The bay fronted living room has a great deal of charm, made all the more inviting by the fireplace and plantation style shutters creating a little extra privacy.
