" Built in the 1930's this semi-detached property has been the subject of some important alterations to create extra reception space, now forming part of a large kitchen-breakfast area with central work-station and open-plan dining area. Further ground floor accommodation includes a playroom or further sitting room in addition to the original front room, currently used as a more formal living room with an attractive open fireplace for those cold winter evenings. There is also a ground floor w.c. most of the flooring has also been replaced over recent years consisting of tiled floors in the kitchen area and stripped wood flooring through the entrance hall. Most of the property is double-glazed and a new boiler was fitted just over two years ago providing heat via radiators. It is also worth noting the high ceilings throughout the property reflecting the 1930's character. Upstairs the three-bedroom layout comprises two generous double rooms and a third single bedroom. The family bathroom suite was refitted about three years ago. The white suite is complemented by porcelain tiling and heated towel rail. Another outstanding feature of this property is the overall garden size. Set-back in the plot by over 40 feet there is ample private parking. Side access leads to the rear garden, again very generous and extends to about 70 feet in depth and would be ideal for young children.
