In the summer, the large windows and double doors make the room feel part of the garden and would be ideal for entertaining. There is also a separate family room or study providing flexibility to the layout depending on requirements. Further accommodation includes a bright and airy kitchen, ground floor w.c, and three very well proportioned bedrooms. The first floor also has a large landing providing additional storage space.
