" Located in a convenient position in the heart of this very popular Surrey town about half way between the High Street and rail Station.
The property is approached via in in/out gated driveway that provides ample parking for most situations. The generous accommodation extends to over 4,500 sqft and of particular note is the impressive split level drawing room that overlooks the West backing rear garden. There is also a great kitchen/breakfast/family room which acts as the 'hub' for family life. On one side of the property there is a separate access to an adaptable area that could be used as a separate studio for teenagers/au-pair/granny annex etc.
The property does require some updating and re-decorating in places. The rear garden faces the right way to catch the afternoon sun and there is a wide terrace that creates a great al-fresco dining area for the summer. There is also a swimming pool at the bottom of the garden, but it is currently de-commissioned and would require upgrading before use.

Situation
Walton High Street is about 0.25 of a mile away and offers a great selection of local shops and restaurants and at the end of the High Street is the Heart shopping centre with an extensive choice of stores, eateries and 24 hour gym. The town also has a leisure centre, theatre, cinema and health and tennis clubs and there are lovely walks along the tow path by the river Thames.
The station is about half a mile in the opposite direction and offers 96 trains every weekday to London Waterloo with the average time being 31 minutes.Terminal 5 at Heathrow is about 9.5 miles away and Buckingham Palace is about 20 miles by car. "
