" A really great family home that is located around a mile and a half from the centre of Cobham. The property has a double aspect living room which leads onto the rear garden and there is a separate kitchen/dining room, that is comprehensively fitted with integrated appliances, tiled flooring and views over the rear garden, there is a separate cloakroom with space for the washing machine.

The first floor has four bedrooms, the principal having a luxuriously appointed ensuite shower room, with the family bathroom being fitted to the same standards. The property also has gas radiator heating and double glazing. To the front there is a driveway with parking for 2/3 cars. The rear garden enjoys a southerly aspect with a paved terrace, the rest of the garden is laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub borders and backs onto woodland.

Downside is a small hamlet with a picturesque village green, and a local school that has an excellent reputation. For commuters Effingham Junction and Cobham stations are both a short drive. The centre of Cobham is a five minute drive with its range of shops and restaurants. The A3 and M25 are a short drive away providing routes to London and the coast. "
