" This detached family home is set back from the road via a large driveway and garden.

The property has a large entrance porch with glass roof and ample space for washing machine and tumble dryer. The entrance hall has wood flooring and ground floor cloakroom off. There is a double aspect lounge/dining room with feature fireplace with gas powered coal effect stove and French doors leading to the rear garden.

Our clients have recently refitted the kitchen/dining room with an excellent range of high gloss units incorporating integrated appliances with twin ovens, one being a steam oven, an induction hob with extractor above and there is a complementing wood work top. The dining area enjoys views over the garden and there are French doors leading onto the garden. The ground floor has attractive Oak flooring in the hallway and kitchen/diner.
