" This substantial family home is set on a wonderful plot, that extends to in excess of half an acre and adjoins Oxshott woods. The property enjoys a large reception hallway with a feature fireplace and the principal drawing room is double aspect enjoying picturesque views over the gardens. There are double doors leading through to the dining room and conservatory; there is also a separate study and fully tiled cloakroom. The kitchen/breakfast room is the main hub of the house, having an excellent range of eye and base level units, with complementing granite work tops. There is a large eating area, which leads onto the rear garden. Off of this area is access to a self contained office/relative suite, which also has its own front door and entrance hall, with a luxuriously appointed shower room and two versatile rooms, both of excellent proportions.
