" In Cobham there are not a large number of bungalows so as agents we believe that this property in Lebanon Drive will be particularly popular. The property has a large entrance hall with a cloakroom for guests and to the rear a large lounge/dining room that leads onto and overlooks the rear garden. To the front of the property there is a good sized kitchen off of which there is a useful utilities area that has access to both the front and rear gardens as well as a personal door to the garage. There are 3 double bedrooms 2 of which have views over the rear garden. There is a good sized family bathroom and gas radiator heating.

Outside to the side of the property there is a double garage and driveway, with to the rear a secluded garden with paved terrace and the rest laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub borders.
