" Positioned in a highly regarded tree lined road, and set on a South facing plot of over a 1/3 acre, this well balanced and well proportioned family home certainly has an enduring charm and a delightful feeling of space and solidity. It is presented in excellent condition throughout and retains a wealth of character features to include; Oak panelling, Oak stripped flooring, a feature fireplace, ceiling roses, coving and very pretty arched leaded light windows. Set well off the road this is a substantial and very attractive house and as you approach the sweeping in and out driveway and immaculately well stocked front garden, it sets the scene for just how lovely it is inside.
