" This fantastic family house is available for sale for the first time in many years and is a fabulous opportunity for the next owner to create a long term family home. Whilst already extended and extremely spacious on the ground floor, there is certainly scope to add size and indeed value to this detached house, which could involve either updating and modernising the current space or indeed, subject to the usual consents, enlarging the property at first floor level.

* As you enter the property on the ground floor there is a large hallway with Oak flooring, which leads you to the living room on the right hand side, with a continuation of the same flooring, a bay window and a gas fireplace.
* Straight on from the hallway is the kitchen and breakfast area.
