" This is a very attractive and substantial four bedroom detached home which provides a wonderful opportunity for anyone wishing to add their own mark on an already marvelous family home. It already provides well planned and well proportioned living accommodation for a growing family, with a good sized garden and substantial parking to match and without doubt it would be a lovely place in which to bring up a family.

The scene is set the moment you enter the large panelled hallway to which all the principal reception rooms lead from and there is a downstairs cloakroom with a window comprising of a white WC and a wash hand basin. The double aspect kitchen breakfast room has a range of fitted units and work surfaces and there is space for a cooker and a fridge. A door leads to a separate utility room, has a front and rear door and consists of units and work surfaces to incorporate a sink and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and it also houses the boiler. Glazed double doors lead to a fabulous living room which overlooks the rear garden and there is a wonderful inglenook feature fireplace with circular side windows, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. A door leads into a good sized conservatory which has a tiled floor and double doors which lead out onto the garden.
