" This is a very attractive and substantial four bedroom detached home, that provides well planned and well proportioned living accommodation for any growing family. It has a superb West facing rear garden and is without doubt a lovely place in which to bring up a family.

The scene is set the moment you enter the large panelled hallway, to which all the principal reception rooms lead from and there is a downstairs cloakroom, which has a tiled floor and a window consisting of a two piece white suite to include a WC and a wash hand basin. Glazed double doors lead to a fabulous double aspect sitting room, which has an attractive Claygate style feature fireplace and it overlooks the gorgeous West facing rear garden, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. The double aspect kitchen breakfast room has a door to side access. It has a range of fitted units and work surfaces to incorporate a breakfast bar and there is space for a cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
