Situated on the outskirts of Ardrossan within Chapelhill Mount, this end terraced villa been particularly well maintained by the current owners over the recent years and offers excellent accommodation formed over two floors which will appeal to a broad sector of the market place and those seeking a family property which offers all modern conveniences.

From our office on Main Street Largs proceed south bound and leave the town on the A78, continue through the village of Fairlie and continue through West Kilbride. At the start of the bypass roundabout on the outskirts of Ardrossan. Turn left onto the bypass and at the first roundabout take the third exit in your right which takes you down into Ardrossan on the Dalry B780. Continue down here and turn left into Chapelhill Mount and follow the road round to your left where No.31 is within the third terrace from the top on your right hand side. No.31 itself is at the end of the terrace.
