This mid-terraced 3 bedroom property is located in a desirable residential area of Kinloss. The property has been recently improved with a re-fitted kitchen, bathroom, new combi boiler and new double glazing throughout. The back door has also been replaced.  

The property benefits from gas central heating and new double glazing. The bright and spacious accommodation comprises: Vestibule, Hallway, Lounge/Dining Room, Kitchen, W.C, Three Bedrooms, Bathroom, Gardens, Shed and Designated Parking.
