Suilven Way is a quiet cul-de-sac situated in the popular residential area of Kinmylies, which is approximately 2 miles from Inverness City Centre. Local facilities are available at the Charleston Complex and Telford Retail Park.  Great location for local primary and secondary schools, both within walking distance and a there is a regular bus service into the City Centre.

From Inverness city centre, drive over the Friars bridge to the Telford roundabout, taking the fifth exit on to Telford Street. Follow this road over the canal swing bridge to the traffic lights with its junction with King Brude Road. Follow this road up to the traffic lights and take the first left after the light into Suilven Way. Follow Suilven Way to the end of the cul de sac and 115 is clearly identified, on the left hand side, by the Remax Elite for sale sign.
