" This three bedroom semi-detached property with TV/fourth bedroom, is located in the highly desirable Drakies area of the city, close to a good range of facilities and within easy reach of the city centre. The property, which has been tastefully extended and is in excellent condition throughout, benefits from double glazing and gas fired central heating. With ample storage and well-proportioned rooms, this property represents an ideal family home. Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the extent of the accommodation and its convenient location. The accommodation consists of an entrance hallway, lounge with front aspect and a gas fire with bespoke surround and slate hearth. The hall, lounge and kitchen have been fitted with Pergo flooring throughout.
