" RIVERDALE ESTATES are delighted to offer for sale this lovely one bedroom apartment located in the ever popular Mill development. The property is located up on the seventh floor and benefits from having far reaching, south facing views. Through the entrance door you will find a long `L` shaped entrance hall, giving a great element of space for a one bedroom apartment. A good selection of storage cupboards can be found one of which houses the washer/dryer. Into the kitchen/living room where the kitchen is located to the back wall, again this helps create a feeling of more space. You will find a range of base and wall mounted units, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven with hob over and hood extractor fan over. There is an island unit providing additional storage and an integrated freezer and breakfast bar. Large floor to ceiling windows to two aspects flood the room with natural light whilst also offering fantastic views. The living area has all the usual fixtures and fittings, T.V/Satellite/Phone point and once again a large window which is directly south facing. The bedroom is a fantastic size and includes built in wardrobes and another large window which faces south, again in this room all the usual power points can be found. Finally to complete the rooms there is the modern bathroom, which is mostly tiled and has paneled bath with shower over, hand wash basin and low level WC. The property is heated via electric panel heaters which can be all run from a central control unit. and therefore making them much more economical, however, as the apartment is south facing with large windows heating bills are minimal in comparison to other similar apartments. Adjoined to the building is a multi storey car park where a space is allocated for the apartment, in addition to a secure space there is a 24 hours concierge located on the ground floor of the car park. This in essence is a fantastic one bedroom property, in a very popular development.
