Well placed for the town centre, rail station and A14, this attractive house is offered for sale with the benefit of NO UPWARD CHAIN. Properties of this nature generally achieve a great deal of interest, therefore we thoroughly recommend an early viewing.

The property is located on the northern side of town, and is close to many local amenities including a leisure centre, shops and schools for all ages. The town centre is around 1.5 miles away and can be easily reached by a regular bus service or numerous cycle paths. Bury St. Edmunds offers a superb range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities.

As previously mentioned this property will require refurbishment, although it does have majority upvc sealed unit glazing and gas central heating serving radiators.
