" If you have been looking for a good sized family home in a well served village location, this attractively presented detached house might well be perfect.

The house, which is located in a small private cul de sac close to the village centre, has been extended to the rear with the addition of a useful garden room/conservatory. As houses of this nature rarely stay on the market for long, an early viewing is highly recommended.

The property occupies a tucked away position, close to the well served village centre. Elmswell is a thriving Suffolk village offering a range of facilities which include shops, post office, primary school, village halls, public house and church.
