From our office proceed up Mount Street into Heywood Road.  Turn left into Heywood Avenue and left again into Williamson Close.  At the T-junction turn right into Jennings Way and proceed to the top where there is a hammerhead and the property is in front of you.

We are pleased to be able to offer this well presented ground floor one bedroomed flat, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular location in Diss.  The flat benefits from neutral carpets, white UPVC double glazing throughout and gas fired central heating.
