The property was built in the early 1960's, since that time has been upgraded and improved and offers flexible accommodation with two first floor rooms that were created a while ago without building regulation approval. There is an L-shaped paddock around the boundaries of the bungalow and beyond this there are two large paddocks, which are enclosed by post and rail fencing.
